Terms of Service

Meditai generates personalized guided meditations using AI, based on the theme, tone, voice, and duration you choose. It includes a subscription plan, one-off purchases, a wallet for creator earnings and referral credit, and a public library where you can optionally publish meditations for others to hear.

Meditai is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional — don't rely on Meditai.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us right away at support@meditai.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Meditai.

Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Subscription page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods. One-off meditation purchases are billed once at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

You keep ownership of the meditations you generate. By using Meditai, you grant us the license needed to generate, store, and deliver that content back to you (for example, hosting the audio file so you can play it).

If you choose to publish a meditation to the public library, you grant Meditai and other users a non-exclusive license to stream and share it through the platform, and you grant other users the specific rights described in our revenue-share program below. This includes the right for Meditai to feature a short trailer of your meditation — including your creator handle as on-screen credit, never your real name — on Meditai's own official social media accounts (for example, Instagram) to promote the platform. You can unpublish a meditation at any time, which removes it from the public library and from future promotion going forward.

Don't publish anything you don't have the rights to, anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms and, for repeated or serious violations, suspend the account responsible.

When someone buys a meditation from the public library, the creator receives 60% of the purchase price (after payment processing fees) as wallet credit, and Meditai retains 40%. Wallet credit can be used to generate new meditations.

Our referral program credits your wallet when someone you refer subscribes. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse credit obtained through fraud, fake accounts, or abuse of the program, and to adjust program terms going forward (changes won't affect credit you've already earned).

Each qualifying transaction results in one tree planted through our partner, Ecologi. This is a genuine reforestation contribution, not a guarantee about your specific environmental impact or a substitute for other sustainability claims.

You agree not to:

• Use Meditai for anything illegal or to generate harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment requirements, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the service without our permission.
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation or other users' use of it.

Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Meditai is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Meditai isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

You can stop using Meditai and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the effective date above, and for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect.
